Help us understand a download problem

  • The tool page you were using and the exact error text.
  • Your device and browser, and whether the problem happened during preview or saving.
  • A description of the public link type, such as a Story, Reel or mixed carousel. Include a public URL only if you are comfortable sharing it.

Never send your Instagram password, a login cookie, an API key or private content. You can also check download help before writing.

Privacy and content concerns

Identify the relevant SaveIGStory page or public source URL and explain your concern. If you are contacting us about your content, describe your connection to it. Avoid sending identity documents or sensitive personal information in the initial message.

We do not host a permanent media library and cannot remove a post from Instagram. For how the application and its providers process requests, read the privacy notice.
